Maybe I should be trying Disc Copier in the reverse direction. Every time I attempt to make the PAL version when I test it in my regular DVD player - hoping to get an error message "prohibited wrong region" - the thing plays perfectly. Is this possible? If so how? Does it involve using the "Output As" button? dmsm made with EMC8 and would like to burn it to two discs, one in NTSC format for here in North America, and the other in PAL to send to Europe. I no longer have EMC8 so I couldn't test this myself. One final thought if using EMC8 is DivxtoDVD which might work after copying to your hard drive then from the hard drive into DivxtoDVD which should convert to NTSC. There are, supposedly, PAL to NTSC converters out there but I don't do this enough to pay for one. I had looked into VobBlanker but was not successful using that tool either.
